Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Grounds
Your personal data that may be subject to processing are; identity information, telephone number, email address, and your signature sample in the signature circular.
Your personal data is obtained by non-automatic methods, subject to being a part of the data recording system, by directly requesting from you or your company you work for, within the existing or to be established contractual relationship between the company and the company you are an employee and/or authority, in accordance with the legal reason of “being compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person”.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of conducting contract processes and communication activities within the existing or to be established contractual relationship between the customer company you are an employee and/or authority, and the Company.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data mentioned above may be shared with the service providers or Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations from whom the Company receives services in terms of accounting, finance, or legal matters, within the scope of fulfilling the Company’s obligations before the laws or services received by the Company, domestically.
Rights You Have as the Data Subject According to Article 11 of the Law
Regarding your rights within the scope of Article 11 titled “Rights of the relevant person” of the Law, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company’s address Altıntepe Mah. Eski Bağdat Cad. No:9 D:3 Maltepe/Istanbul or via email to info@taranenergy.com in writing in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, in accordance with the relevant Article 13 of the Law.
